OV13850 is a 13-megapixel PureCel®Plus-S image sensor from OmniVision Technologies. It is designed for high-end smartphones and tablets. OV13850 features a 1/3.06-inch optical format, an active array of 4224 x 3136 pixels (13MP), and an on-chip phase detection autofocus (PDAF) circuit.
